If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our Exchange policy.
THE PROCESS
We do not offer refunds or returns. We offer exchanges only.
Exchange Window

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, with original tags attached.

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Only 1 exchange per order is allowed. Multiple exchange requests for one order will not be accepted. Gift card orders are not eligible to be exchanged.
How to Exchange

Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Mention your full name & order number on the package.

Amoshi shall not be held liable for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Reverse pickup can be arranged on request (charges as per actuals, subject to availability).

After We Receive the Product
- Our team will inspect the item.

You may exchange it for any product of equal or higher value.

If your desired size/style is unavailable, a credit note (valid for 6 months) will be issued.
Not Eligible for Exchange

Customised products (custom size, color, length)
- Products without original tags

Products delivered more than 7 days ago.

Products already exchanged once
- Products bought using a gift card / credit note.
