Orders and Shipping

DELIVERY TIMELINE
We know waiting for your order can be tough. Trust us, we can’t contain our excitement either while dispatching your orders! 

At Amoshi we send our orders via third-party Logistic Partners. Once your shipment has been dispatched from our end, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. 

Packages are currently being dispatched within 3-5 business days.

In case you have an urgent order that you wish to receive before the time frame mentioned you can reach out to us through Email/ Instagram/ WhatsApp and we'll do our best to deliver it to you at the earliest. We are available at +91 7678699938.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
You can choose to pay for your order online at checkout or opt for Cash On Delivery (COD).

The delivery timeline for Domestic orders is between 5-10 business days. 

We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders and ₹150 on all COD orders within India.

TAXES & DUTIES
All product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties for our Indian customers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The delivery timeline for International orders is between 7-15 business days. 

The charges will automatically be calculated at Checkout.
Our tariffs are as follows - 
North America Zone - ₹3,000.00 (INR)
Rest of the World - ₹2,500.00 (INR)

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

You will be receiving a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our end. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Any custom duties, import duties and taxes applied to your order will be borne by the customer. Amoshi will not be responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
Amoshi shall not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, please contact the shipment company to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
