THE PROCESS

In the event of an exchange, the product should be returned to us in the same condition as you received it with its original tags within 7 days from the date of delivery. You may ship the garment in a mailer and discard the cardboard box if you wish. 

We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we do offer easy exchanges. 

• Kindly self-ship the goods to us in case of an exchange at the following address:

NOTE: The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. Please also remember to mention your full name and order number on the package. A reverse pickup can also be arranged on request* and the charges will be as per actuals.

• Once received, our team will examine the product and based on their jurisdiction the exchange request will be processed. 

• The customer can then exchange the product with any other product of their choice having a similar or higher price. In case the size or model of the desired product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued to the customer which will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. 

• Amoshi shall not be held liable for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

• Exchange is allowed once per order. Multiple exchange requests for one order will not be accepted.
  
  
  Please Note - Exchanges/ Returns (Store Credits) are not valid in case of Sale Products and International Orders.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
For the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods have the original tags
• The Goods contain the original tags and receipts provided during shipping
• Goods are not used or damaged
• Goods are not a part of any sales/ promotions
• Goods have not already been exchanged once 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or including personalized details such as (a) Custom sizes; (b) Custom colors; (c) Custom lengths
  
  
• Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons such as undergarments, bikinis etc.
  
  
• Please note - a maximum of 1 exchange is allowed per order / gift card.
